Compass by Margaritaville Hotel Pigeon Forge

Stayed here for the first time and definitely won't be the last time. The hotel is clean and quiet and in a great location and the staff was friendly and helpful with any questions we had. The room was really nice and peaceful with the quietest HVAC system I have ever had in a hotel. The bed was really comfortable, and the walk-in shower was great with the rain head and outstanding water pressure. The complimentary breakfast was delicious with plenty of options for everyone and we really enjoyed the bar area with live music both nights we were there. Very relaxing stay and great location with easy access to everything.

This hotel was amazing! We will be making our reservations for this location for all of our future trips. Staff - friendly and helpful! Free breakfast - was incredible compared to most. Rooms - my back is sensitive but the beds were amazing & the pillows were so comfy. The atmosphere was consistently uplifting. The color scheme for the rooms, the scents in the elevators, and even the scents for the provided soaps, shampoos and conditioners were top notch. Everything was consistent with the Margaritaville theme and made a huge difference compared to hotels that are overall… not consistent. Thank you Compass!

Our first time in Pigeon Forge, and compass margaritaville ensured that it was unforgettable. For starters, the rooms were incredibly clean, and stocked with all of the essentials! The rooms were a great size, and accommodated us well. The bar & grille was a very nice amenity, we throughly enjoyed the live music on both Friday and Saturday! The drinks were excellent & the food was delicious. Although we did not use the hot tub, it looked fabulous and was not crowded at all. Definitely a great place for the family, or just a couple! The staff was INCREDIBLE, as a person in hospitality, I can see how they STRIVE for excellence! Seriously, one of the most friendly and helpful staff I met! Also LOVE LOVE the beach theme! Parking was also easy!

This was my first time staying at Compass by Margaritaville. The room was a lot more spacious than I imagined and very, very clean! The staff were all so kind and helpful. I loved the location as it's close to everything in Pigeon Forge, but not on the main strip. In warmer weather, there would be so much my kids would love to do with the indoor and outdoor pools, so I can't wait to bring them next time. As always with Margaritaville locations, it smelled amazing! The restaurant/ in-room dining was also delicious. I loved being able to Chrome cast my favorite shows on the tv, too. I also loved that there were two tvs in the room. There's plenty of space in the lobby area to work, relax, or hang out. Such a nice place! Definitely will be staying here again!

We stayed here in March of this year and it was the BEST hotel we’ve ever stayed at. Every staff member we came across was so kind and helpful. There was so much for the kids to do, outside and inside. The breakfast was fantastic (so many options). The rooms were huge and so clean. We talk about making the drive from Michigan all the time, just to come back here for a weekend. Hopefully for my birthday in June! We can’t wait to go back!!

My family and I are locals to this area and decided to book this hotel for our sons 8th birthday. We have stayed in many hotel resorts at other places like the beach and many more. We are use to hotels being somewhat on the dirty/somewhat unclean with the pool water being cloudy so my expectations for this place was the same as any other hotel. I WAS COMPLETELY WRONG! This was the nicest hotel that I have ever seen! The longer that we stayed the more that I was amazed. The hotel smelled clean! The rooms were clean and smelt clean! The pool water was so clear that I actually was able to get in which I hardly do at hotels. My family such a great time that when we were on our way home we went ahead and booked again for my next day off. I highly recommend!

Outstanding! We stayed in a Junior Suite w/balcony and pool view. The hotel is fairly new, maybe less than a year old. It's beautiful. The whole vibe is cool. The room was nice. The bed was the best hotel bed we've ever slept in. The staff was super helpful. The 5 o'clock Somewhere Bar & Grill downstairs is good. We got 14" of snow while there. It was a memorable trip. Will stay again for sure.

This was our 2nd time staying at this hotel for cheer competition. We love it here. Staff are so friendly, live music in the evening, great breakfast. Plenty of places to just relax. My kids love the pool area. We asked for room service to get more towels only but they took time to empty trash and make the beds as well! They even made my sons travel bed!
